Jeakins Weir were main contractors on all four phases of this school project. Throughout the two year project, Jeakins Weir worked closely with the client and design team to ensure that a logistically difficult project was conducted in a fuss-free and professional manner – and always with consideration to the existing schools requirements, as well as to the neighbouring houses. The building was handed over on time and within budget to the client’s complete satisfaction.

Social Value

As a major regional contractor, adding value to the communities in which we work is an important priority for our business. Family values define our relationships with customers, suppliers, partners and communities, and we are keen to deliver social value on every project. We want to leave a positive legacy for future generations, and we always work sensitively and supportively alongside local communities. To strengthen the social value of our business, we promote and support local charities, employ local people, visit schools and colleges, offer apprenticeships and training opportunities, and support community projects.
