We were appointed by Central Bedfordshire Council via New Vista Homes to deliver a 24 home mixed tenure housing development in the village of Haynes, Bedfordshire. The scheme comprises bespoke private sale and social rent homes and was delivered under a JCT Design and Build contract, with a strong focus on quality, sustainability and sensitive integration within the existing village community.
